Kombucha is not just for drinking.
Well, really the question becomes, what to do with the scoby?
Honestly, after months of making kombucha, my scoby (of course!) continues to produce babies.
It’s great, wonderful really. However, there has to be a way to utilize this scoby instead of throwing it away.
Hence, I started to eat it.
